About the event
The group will integrate art skills and techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies toassist community youth in emotional processing.Objectives: -Providing an opportunity to express and observe their negative thoughts-Exploring the hidden symbols and meaning in their artistic expressions-Learning to accept their feelings by seeing them from new perspectivesEmotional Skills we will focus on:-Communication-Trauma processing-Physical capabilities-Emotion management-Cognitive functioning-Social ability
El grupo integrará habilidades y técnicas artísticas con estrategias de terapia cognitivo-conductual para ayudar a los jóvenes de la comunidad en el procesamiento emocional.Objetivos:-Brindar una oportunidad para expresar y observar sus pensamientos negativos.-Explorar los símbolos ocultos y el significado de sus expresiones artísticas.-Aprender a aceptar sus sentimientos viéndolos desde nuevas perspectivas.Habilidades Emocionales en las que nos centraremos:-Comunicación-Procesamiento de trauma-Capacidades físicas-Gestión de las emociones-Funcionamiento cognitivo-Habilidad social
